Hi! I’m Jaala “Jay” Prescod, a Toronto-based dancer with over 10 years of experience in commercial dance, hip hop, contemporary, and musical theatre.
I’m passionate about storytelling through movement and have a strong ability to embody characters and understand narratives, bringing them to life on stage and screen.
I’m known for my adaptability and versatility, easily shifting between dance styles and emotional tones to meet the needs of any role.
I’m actively working toward a career in TV, film, and stage performance, while continuing to expand my training in camera work and acting to refine my craft and connect with audiences in powerful ways.
