Jaala “Jay” Prescod is a Toronto-based dancer, and graduate of Wexford School of the Arts’ Performance Arts program. She lives between a triple pirouette and a hard-hitting groove, blending commercial, hip-hop, contemporary, and musical theatre into something precise, raw, and always in the pocket. On stage or on the screen, she brings clean lines, musicality, and good energy.

Jay is passionate about storytelling through movement. She can embody characters and narratives, bringing them to life on stage and screen.

She is known for her adaptability and versatility, easily shifting between dance styles and emotional tones to meet the needs of any role.
